Very busy, food was warm and order was correct. Coffee was burnt 😫 and too hot. Service was good and was keeping up with the orders.

Food is alright - about the same as Dennys. However, it's extremely noisy. Loud staff, loud obnoxious customers, and the noisiest dish sink I've ever heard. My ears ring every time I leave there. I avoid this place due to the noise as much as I can.

I must say that the service at this Waffle House customer service because they do have customer service at this particular Waffle House. I was visiting Colombia with a friend of mine and we got hungry so we went to the waffle house because it was close to my hotel. The servers that work for Waffle House was willing to recommend me multiple other restaurants to dine at while I was there because I was looking for some authentic Italian food. Even the security guards that were working in the restaurant what kind enough to give me directions and just were very friendly. Now this would have been a five-star review except I ordered the pork chops and they were unseasoned which I guess it's standard I guess but some places I've been to season them which is amazing and they were extremely greasy. If it weren't for that this would have been a 5-star review.

Good food and great service

My friend and I visited this Waffle House on a Sunday morning when it was completely packed. The hostess was doing a great job greeting and seating parties as quickly as he could while also helping to bus tables and keep the floor swept! Our server, Miya, was friendly and helpful and attended to all of our needs as well as those of the numerous other tables she was serving! The whole staff was working diligently to serve the crowds flowing in. We both ordered the two egg breakfast with hash browns, which was well-prepared and delicious!

Food was perfect how it should be, just wish they hired more desirable people.

Really a touching human experience was had at this unsuspecting diamond in the rough. I had the unique misfortune of locking my keys in my vehicle (and not ordering the peanut butter pancakes before I had my steak) along with my coat. The staff COULD NOT help me break into my car (which is also good, but would have been verrrry cool), so I had to call the Collinsville Locksmith. Knowing I might need cash to pay the locksmith, an extremely kind and caring man offered me a ride to an ATM, and a jacket while I waited for events to unfold. Great food, great coveralls, awesome peanut butter pancakes, and real town talk. Expensive night, buggy and fraught, but a good one nonetheless.

Dirty, but friendly workers and great tasting food. A nice sanitary bathroom as well.

The employees were excellent and on point with their customers. The food was delicious. And it wasn't crowded.

Melissa was my server today and was wonderful. She let me know she was new but did a great job. I appreciated her double checking with me to make sure my order was correct. Shes a keeper and a sweetheart! My experience was great and the food delicious.

Overall not clean, there were crumbs and hair in my water, and disrespectful staff members. Just a bad experience overall.

It is what you expect from a waffle house. It's not fine dining but any means but they are it like they intend to. Don't forget to smother and cover your hashbrowns!

Gotta love the iconic Waffle House! I frequent the one in Collinsville IL. I like the food, the prices, the vibe and the service.

Usually good, but cold Waffles this time.

Soon as we walked in we was disrespected by a team member. She didnt even greet us. She was so ride and disrespectful. The restaraunt was also very nasty with food all on the floor and the bathroom was really disgusting. I will be reporting this place to the health department and the BBB. I would not advise anyone to go in there after hours

Honestly I was real leery of going here this being my first visit, but I was surprised. It's very small in there and they are very attentive. My food was done quickly and it was hot. I ordered the patty melt with hashbrowns and it was really good. I didnt season anything and I added no condiments which surprised me. The one in my city is probably smaller than most but looking for a quick sit down bite I recommend it.

Fun atmosphere. The employees are awesome, as always. And the food is delicious and made fast. Listened and danced to bruno Mars and justin Timberlake lol!

Food is good 8/10 Wished they’d answer the phone I called 4 times to place a to-go order not once did they pick up. Overall service 6/10.

Breakfast was okay. Coffee was horrible. Service was good, but WHY do the waitresses and cooks have to SCREAM at each other. I have experienced that in EVERY Waffle House I have ever been in. OMG! SHUT UP ALREADY!

I really like Waffle House. We don't have any in Chicago out anywhere close to Chicago so whenever I travel south, I always look for a Waffle House to eat at. Good food for great prices. The staff was really cool and friendly. I really like the atmosphere. I ordered the breakfast with the waffle and grits. I love their buttery grits. I also ordered a side of hash browns covered, diced, and capped. Their hash browns are the bomb. Will definitely find a Waffle House the next time I visit the south.

Got there during a shift change so there was a lot of employee conversations and less attention to customers but that didn't prevent them from taking our order quickly.and correctly. Food was exactly as expected. We have stopped at Waffle Houses throughout the south and they are all basic food exceptionally prepared.

Absolutely loved the server we had Suzie she was wonderful but upon my short wait for my food I noticed how unclean the interior was of the restaurant literally had food stuck to the windows and finger covered food smudges and grime all over the ceilings I had second thoughts on my food but I did see the cook he was clean the servers were clean but the restaurant was severely lacking in cleanliness I mentioned to my employee who was with me to ask why we we're charged so much for simple items when the menu states differently the manager who was walking by looked at me and continued walking but when I asked Suzie she apologized and immediately fixed the price I was grateful for that Suzie definitely made the experience pleasent but someone needs to enforce detailed cleaning routines and proper hygiene rules because it's unsanitary to sweep and then do serve a table I noticed the one lady sweeping not wash her hands and go serve someone that's just awful

Have not been here in years. Food was excellent. Waffles were amazing. You get a lot of food for not very much money. Booths are kind of small. Do not recommend a group bigger than 4 people.

We always know that, not only will we be fed well, we will be welcomed in the warmest way. When we travel, we seek them out, and this store was great. Bri was wonderful, and See See was on top of her game.

Great food. Typical greasy spoon with cheap prices. Maybe it was due to the late hour, but cleanliness was not tip-top. Great service though. Was just the thing to hit the spot after a long day.

Stop here to get a Togo order was refused service because only thing i can think of way is because I had my Ems uniform on, will never return even out of uniform
